A site owner is buying something different from a homeowner. You need units that earn through the winter as well as the summer, that a guest can walk into and use immediately, and that can be repeated across a site without each one becoming its own project. All-year-round use, a fast build turnaround and a fully finished interior ready for furniture are the three things that decide whether that works.
Because the design team is in-house, a site can have a consistent look across multiple pods, or a mix of sizes for different party numbers, without you coordinating between a designer and a builder who have never spoken.
